How long will it keep?
The cheeses and charcuterie keep beautifully in the fridge for a week or more, so a box that arrives Nov 18 will be perfect on Thursday.

 

How should I serve it?
Take the cheeses out of the fridge an hour before serving. Set the board out while the turkey rests, or save it for after dinner as a cheese course. Whatever's left makes the best Friday leftovers plate.

 

How many does it serve?
