curdbox is a monthly subscription service that delivers curated cheese and pairing experiences right to your door.
π» How do subscriptions work?

NEW Monthly subscriptions: Charge your card automatically every 30 days.Β

Gift subscriptions: One-time purchase for 3, 6, or 12 months. They do not renew.
- LEGACY Subscriptions (before 12/2025)- your card will be charged on the 24th of the month.Β
- The first order of your subscription will be shipped on the Monday following the date of purchase. All subsequent monthly orders ship on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.Β

We ship with insulated liners and ice packs to ensure freshness upon arrival. You'll receive tracking updates once your box ships!Β
- Every Curdbox is made fresh with artisan cheeses and pairings. We product and ship all boxes at the same time each month to ensure quality and reduce waste.Β
π Can I cancel or skip anytime?
New Subscribers: Yes.
Gift Subscriptions: Yes
Legacy Subscribers (before 12/2025) -cancel before the 24th of the month to avoid being charged for the next box. Already-paid orders will still ship (no refunds once processing starts).
π³ How does billing work?

Your payment method must be valid and up to date.

If a payment fails, weβll retry for a few days. If it still doesnβt go through, your subscription will pause until updated.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your state.
π When will my box arrive?

We ship every Monday. Place your order by Sunday and it goes out the following Monday, packed cold and shipped expedited so it arrives at its best.

Delivery takes 1β2 days depending on your location.

You will receive your delivery and tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
π§ What about freshness and storage?

Every box is packed with insulation and ice packs to keep things cool.

If the packs are melted when the box arrives, thatβs normalβif items are cool to the touch, theyβre safe.

Refrigerate everything right away.
π« Do you accept returns?
No β since our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns.
π‘ What if something goes wrong with my box?
Contact hello@curdbox.com within 24 hours (with photos). Weβll review and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
β οΈ What if I donβt like a product, have allergies, or miss my delivery?

Part of the fun is discoveryβyou may not love every single item, and thatβs expected.

We cannot accommodate allergies (cheeses and pairings may include milk, wheat, nuts, etc.).

If you miss delivery or enter the wrong address, we canβt refundβbut we may offer a replacement box for a $50 fee.
π Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to most U.S. addresses, but not to PO boxes or outside of the contiguous United States.
π§ Will I get marketing emails?
Yes, if you subscribe, youβll get both account emails (renewals, shipping updates, etc.) and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime, but weβll still email about your orders.

Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
