We’re celebrating the holiday season with a box that celebrates amazingly delicious HONEY! And to celebrate our first  six months of curdbox, we’ve included a little wooden gift for you all. So throw a log on the fire, mix up a hot toddy or some mulled cider and dive into this box full of honey and cheese.
First up is Fiscalini’s San Joaquin Gold is an American made firm, crunchy, salty classic. It has flavors of toasted nuts and browned butter which we think goes PERFECTLY with all the sweetness and sticky-ness this honey box has to offer.
Next cheese is the beautifully delicate Lillé honey goat chevre. It is a bright and fresh goat’s milk cheese infused with honey, so it’s already gotten off to a super sweet start! The tanginess of the goat cheese is tempered by the natural sweetness of the infused honey, and the creamy finish makes this cheese delicious on its own or all dressed up on a cracker with even more honey drizzled on top.
Jasper Hill’s Vault 5 Cheddar is our last cheese and is the ideal pairing with all things honey. It is an earthy, sharp and nutty cheddar that crumbles beautifully right into that perfect bite you want to sink your teeth right into.
The pairings in this box are all dangerously addictive on their own, let alone with the addition of these delectable cheeses. The Money on Honey caramels are made using Wildflower honey caramel then surrounded by dark chocolate and french sea salt—these are probably the best selling sweet treat we have in our retail store. The Brewer’s Honey Graham crackers give you the warm nostalgic feeling of making smores and eating graham crackers as a kid growing up but with nuttiness from the spent grains and the added honey that takes them over the top and way more than just your average grahams. Then there is the alluring Mike’s Hot Honey, which is being used on things from ice cream and desserts to artisanal pizzas all over the country. We dare you to find something that this honey isn’t delicious on.Â
