Reship Schedule

Although we do everything in our power to get you your curdbox on time and in perfect condition, occasionally there are issues with the box and we need to reship certain items.

We will ship out replacement items for anything that is covered under our Terms and Conditions (basically missing items or perishable items that arrived too warm to safely consume).

Due to the perishability of our items, we only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Here is a rundown of our reship schedule:

  • Our curdboxes ship out on a Tuesday and are scheduled to arrive Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the shipping zone. (As per our terms, we don't guarantee delivery in this window.) 
  • After your box's arrival, any issues with the box must be emailed to crew@curdbox.com (as per our terms, within 24 hours of arrival.)
  • Reship requests are collected from Wednesday through Monday midday, and are then submitted to be shipped out on Tuesday (i.e. one week from the original ship date).
  • Issues that come in Monday afternoon through Tuesday midday will have their reships sent out the next day (Wednesday, i.e. 8 days after the original ship date).
  • Issues that come in after that will have to wait until the following week to be shipped out, on the same schedule as above.
