What is Curdbox?

Curdbox is a monthly membership service that delivers curated cheese and pairing experiences right to your door.

How does the membership work?

NEW Monthly memberships: Your card is charged automatically every 30 days. 

Gift memberships: One-time purchase for 3, 6, or 12 months. They do not renew.

When does my first box ship?

Your first box ships ASAP. All subsequent boxes ship on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

We ship with insulated liners and ice packs to ensure freshness upon arrival. You'll receive tracking updates once your box ships! 

Every Curdbox is made fresh with artisan cheeses and pairings. We product and ship all boxes at the same time each month to ensure quality and reduce waste. 

Gift memberships — how do they work?

Gift memberships are a one-time purchase for 3, 6, or 12 months. They do not automatically renew.

Being a Member

Can I cancel or skip anytime?

Monthly members: Yes.
Gift memberships: Yes.

How does billing work?

Your payment method must be valid and up to date.
Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Taxes may apply depending on your state.

What if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, we'll retry for a few days. If it still doesn't go through, your membership will pause until updated.

Will I get marketing emails?

Yes. Members receive account emails (renewals, shipping updates, etc.) and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but we'll still send emails related to your orders.

Legacy Members (joined before 12/2025)

Billing occurs on the 24th of each month.
Cancel before the 24th to avoid being charged for the next box.
Already-paid orders will still ship.
No refunds once processing starts.

Shipping & Care

When will my box arrive?

We ship every Monday. Place your order by Sunday and it goes out the following Monday, packed cold and shipped expedited so it arrives at its best.

Delivery takes 1–2 days depending on your location.

You will receive your delivery and tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

What about freshness and storage?

Every box is packed with insulation and ice packs to keep things cool.

If the packs are melted when the box arrives, that’s normal—if items are cool to the touch, they’re safe.

Refrigerate everything right away.

Do you accept returns?

No — since our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns.

What if something goes wrong with my box?

Contact hello@curdbox.com within 24 hours (with photos). We’ll review and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

What if I don't like a product or have allergies?

Part of the fun is discovery—you may not love every single item, and that’s expected.

We cannot accommodate allergies (cheeses and pairings may include milk, wheat, nuts, etc.).

If you miss delivery or enter the wrong address, we can’t refund—but we may offer a replacement box for a $50 fee.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to most U.S. addresses, but not to PO boxes or outside of the contiguous United States.

Important Policies:

Curdbox is not responsible for allergic reactions or improper handling of perishable food.

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of your box.

Services are governed by Massachusetts law.
