curdbox shipping Info

  • Please note that orders placed on our website are for the next month's box (e.g. if you order in December, you'll get the January box, and so on).
  • We primarily ship via FedEx, though sometimes we use UPS or USPS for some of the shipments. You'll get an email with the tracking number as soon as it's shipped. You can expect the ice packs inside to be partially to fully melted by the time they arrive, depending on the season—this is ok! Just be sure to refrigerate your cheese when it arrives. 
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes. 
  • We can only ship to the contiguous US. Orders placed to other locations will be cancelled and refunded due to shipping constraints for perishable foods.
  • Due to some shipping issues we've had when our ship week coincides with a big storm, we may choose to hold a shipment back for a few days at our warehouse, rather than send it out and have it delayed on route. If this is the case, we will let you know.
  • Please note that all shipments are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
  • Please take note of our reship schedule for any items that need reshipping.
