We ship our new orders, and subscription first-orders every Monday. Place your order by Sunday and it goes out the following Monday, packed cold and shipped expedited so it arrives at its best. All subsequent subscription boxes ship on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Delivery takes 1–2 days depending on your location.
You will receive your delivery and tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

* We cannot ship to PO boxes. 
* We can only ship within the contiguous US. Orders placed to other locations will be cancelled and refunded due to shipping constraints for perishable foods.

You can expect the ice packs inside to be partially to fully melted by the time they arrive, depending on the season—this is ok! Just be sure to refrigerate your cheese when it arrives. Cheese- unlike other perishable foods is more stable at ambient temperatures. 

Due to some shipping issues we've had when our ship week coincides with a big storm, we may choose to hold a shipment back for a few days at our warehouse, rather than send it out and have it delayed on route. If this is the case, we will let you know.
